Madeleine is the Founding Managing Director of Career Connections and comes from a background of assessing, developing and advising the largest companies in East and Central Africa. The firm assesses up to 10,000 people across Africa a year for selection and development, and aside from it’s leadership and assessments offerings has dedicated executive coaching and executive search units. With her coaching accreditation qualifications from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC), UK, she has been coaching for more than 10 years.
As an experienced leader that consults at senior levels across all industry sectors, her key focus is to work with energetic, focused and ambitious executive teams who are striving to better themselves, and as a consequence, their organizations. Madeleine earned her first degree as a scholarship student at the University of York, UK and her MSc, with Distinction, from the University of Edinburgh, UK. She has has multiple specialist qualifications from USA and UK in assessing and coaching leaders for development. She is an international faculty member and trainer for the AoEC and Hogan Assessment Systems and is also accredited in other assessment methodologies including the Leadership Versatility Index, Assessments and Development Centres, and the Morrisby Profile. In 2017 Madeleine completed a Certificate programme at Harvard University, USA, on the Art & Practice of Leadership Development.
