Jimmy has broad experience spanning 18 years in Corporate Transformation he has led major Strategy transformation projects in some of the leading banks in Kenya, Tanzania and Ethiopia while working at KPMG as a Director in Management Consulting. He is also an SME in Business Process Reengineering and has played a key role in transforming Customer Experience in KCB, Co-operative Bank and currently at Safaricom.

At the centre of my coaching model is diligence, humility, responsibility and courage. My values and beliefs are a clear reflection of who I am, and they influence greatly my coaching style and Model. My coaching philosophy is drawn from Theodore Roosevelt, he said;
