Founder Director of The (Integral) Coaching Centre

Dr Paddy Pampallis is the Founder Director of The (Integral) Coaching Centre (TCC 2003-21), The Integral Africa Institute, and Integral Africa Conference (2019). She is co-founder of Ubuntu Coaching Foundation. Her purpose is to share the key tools for growing consciousness, creating thriving environments and to support the release from suffering. By working with her colleagues to integrate Africa’s wisdom for understanding what it is to be fully human, her work serves to bring critical Integral (holistic, inclusive and comprehensive) thinking and solutions to individuals, teams, organizations and community life. As an adult development expert facilitator, coach, registered psychologist and leader herself, Paddy is sought out locally and internationally. She has designed the uniquely African embodied Integral+ Practice of Leadership & Coaching trainings and this leading edge programme has multiple applications into organisations for the development of leaders, The TCC Integral-Uâ coaches are ICF accredited, with a path to a Master’s degree in Coaching  (UK).

Paddy is called upon as a leadership and coaching consultant and she thrives through engaging with transformational work. Her pioneering and visionary capacity both globally and locally has added to the coaching industry since its inception and she is known as a thought leader and wise guide to many. Her love for integral theory and practice has brought about a world class, deeply emergent programme for leadership and coach training. Paddy has the honour of being directly taught by some of the world’s greatest thought leaders across various fields of human development. She coaches senior leaders and executive teams at senior executive, CEO and board level internationally across a range of professions and industries such as higher education, blue chip corporates, the health professions and government.


A founding member of the Global Coaching Community (2004), COMENSA, and coaching- supervision, she has lead in setting up standards, ethics and supervision with her ground-breaking doctoral research in executive coaching. Paddy is a research fellow of Middlesex University, the University of Wales (Trinity St. David), faculty at the Da Vinci Institute, a guest speaker at Meridian University (USA) and on the assessment board of the World Association of Business Coaches. She supervises on the Global Team Coaching Institute and co teaches with world-renowned developmental psychologist, Dr Susann Cooke-Greuter (Harvard). Joy comes from her work, being still, being in nature, and taking part in the growt of her beautiful grandchildren and children. Her work is work is to ‘do human better’ by simply being.
